Back to training, without the guesswork.
I’m Patrick, an osteopath in Aspendale Gardens. I work with runners, lifters, CrossFitters and everyday athletes who want to get back to what they love with a plan, not a maybe. Hands-on treatment first, then the strength work that keeps it from coming back.

About Me
I’m Patrick.
Osteopath & Founder
I graduated from RMIT in 2021 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy), and I’ve spent every year since working with people who’d rather be training than sitting on the sideline.
My own interest started on a basketball court. I played division one college basketball in Oklahoma, where I learned how closely movement, performance and recovery sit together, and how much an injury takes away when it drags on.
That’s what CoreMVMT is built around. I find the cause, treat it properly and build you strong enough that it stays fixed. Whether you’re chasing a marathon PB, a heavier squat or just a pain-free walk, the process is the same.

Build the capacity.
How I Work
Most pain that keeps coming back isn’t a tissue problem on its own, it’s a capacity problem. So the process is simple, and it’s the same whether you’re chasing a marathon PB or just want to lift your grandchild without wincing.
01
Assess
I start with the whole picture: how the pain began, what your training week looks like and what you’re trying to get back to. Then I watch you move under load, so I can see the cause, not just the sore spot.
02
Treat
Hands-on work to settle the symptoms and get you moving properly again. Soft tissue, joint mobilisation, dry needling where it’s called for. You should notice the difference walking out the door.
03
Rebuild
The part that actually keeps you out of my clinic: a strength and running plan built around your sport, your week and your goal. You’ll know exactly what to do, and when to push it.
Evidence-based osteopathy · Strength & conditioning informed · Long-term results, not temporary fixes.
What I Do
Hands on treatment, then the work that makes it stick..
-
Hands-on assessment and treatment for the whole body, not just the sore spot.
-
Fine needles into tight trigger points to release muscle that won’t let go.
-
Deep, specific hands-on work on the tissue that’s holding you back.
-
The plan you take home, built around your body and your training week.
-
Building the capacity that stops the same injury returning.
